A private catamaran for up to 13 guests starts at $800 total for a 2-hour charter, and scales with boat and duration (2 to 8 hours). Split between a full group, that is often $60–$150 per person for a private boat — less than many shared party tours.
The online price covers the boat itself: the catamaran, fuel for the standard route, and everything on board. Charters run from Bahia Mar Yachting Center and the exact price for every boat, date and duration is shown live on the booking calendar — what you see is what your card is charged.
We operate under the USCG bareboat model: you rent the boat and hire the captain and crew directly, paying them at the dock on the day. Their rate is shown clearly during booking before you pay anything — no surprises. This is also why the online charge looks lower than "all-inclusive" operators: the crew portion never touches your card.
A refundable security hold (not a charge) is placed on your card near the charter date and released after the trip if all is well. Cancellation terms are published on the policies page — weather cancellations initiated by the captain are rebooked or refunded.
Optional extras you can add at checkout: catering, paddle board, the giant floating mat, and parking at Bahia Mar. BYOB is free — bring your own drinks and coolers.
